About the Role
Cenozon is looking for a Pipeline Integrity Support Specialist to provide technical support and expertise to clients using our industry-leading pipeline integrity management software. This role focuses on ensuring clients get maximum value from Cenozon’s solutions by assisting with implementation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client support inquiries related to pipeline integrity management.
- Assist with the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Cenozon’s integrity software.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions or escalation where necessary.
- Collaborate with product development teams to report client feedback and suggest improvements.
- Support client training initiatives and create user-friendly documentation and guides.
- Maintain a strong understanding of pipeline integrity regulations, best practices, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Pipeline Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of pipeline integrity management principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong technical aptitude with software systems and data analysis.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
